Terms of service.

Dovelumen is provided by Stacklumen LLC (“Stacklumen”, “we”). These terms are between Stacklumen and the practice that subscribes (“the practice”, “you”); in the product a practice is called a studio. People a practice invites, its team and its clients, use Dovelumen on the practice’s account.
The service
Dovelumen is software for running a client-service practice, such as an interior design studio, and a portal through which its clients see their projects. Features described as coming or in development are not part of the service until they are released. We may improve and change it; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.
Accounts and studios
A studio is an organisation with an owner. The owner decides who joins the studio’s team and in what role, and is responsible for what the team does in it. Keep sign-in details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Your clients
You invite your clients to your portal and decide what they see. You are responsible for your relationship with them, including your own contracts, disclosures and pricing, and for having a lawful basis to put their information into Dovelumen.
Fees and payments
Subscriptions are billed per seat, in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Payments your clients make to you are processed through your own connected Stripe account under Stripe’s terms; Stacklumen is not a party to them and does not hold those funds. Your data
You own the data your studio puts into Dovelumen. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export it at any time. See the privacy policy and security.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Dovelumen to break the law, to send unsolicited messages, to infringe others’ rights, or to probe or disrupt the service or other studios’ data.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period paid for. We may suspend a studio that breaches these terms, after notice where we can give it. After cancellation your data stays available to export for [period], then is deleted.
Liability
