Features that draft and suggest for you: weekly updates, intake summaries, follow-ups, a connector to ask Claude about your business. None works today. They are on the roadmap, each labelled “Coming”, and anything a client would see from them is reviewed and sent by a person.

Yes. Your logo, colours, heading type and voice on every screen, document and email the client sees.

No. Clients and the people they invite are free and never count as seats.

Visits, opens of documents addressed to them, downloads, decisions, signatures and payments, in Dovelumen’s own database, disclosed in the portal’s terms. Never keystrokes, screen recordings or third-party trackers.

Every record belongs to one practice. The server checks which practice is asking before anything is read, and the database refuses links between practices. See Security.
