Agentic, next. With a person in charge.

Service portals made agentic and beautiful: the beautiful part is here; the agentic part is on its way. This is what we’re building, and every item on this page is not available yet.

On the roadmap. Each one labelled.

“Coming” means planned and designed, and not available yet. An item becomes “In development” when we start building it, and leaves this page when it ships.

  • Weekly client updates, drafted

    Coming

A draft of each project’s weekly update, written from the week’s activity: the phase, the decisions made, the deliveries, the messages. The person running the project edits it and decides whether it goes. Nothing is sent to a client without them.

  • Intake and brief summaries

    Coming

When a client finishes their welcome, a summary of their answers for the team to check: who’s involved, what they want, what to ask in the first meeting.

  • Follow-up suggestions

    Coming

When a client goes quiet, or an invoice has been viewed but not paid, a suggested next step and a draft message for you to send, change or ignore.

  • Ask Claude about your business

    Coming

An MCP connector, so owners can ask Claude questions about their own practice (which proposals are waiting, what was invoiced last month, who has gone quiet) with the same permissions they have in Dovelumen.

  • Alternatives when a client declines

    Coming

When a client declines a piece, alternatives from the studio’s own library and recent selections, for the designer to choose from before anything goes back to the client.

How it will work. The rules we’re building to.

A person decides
Every draft is a draft. Anything a client will see is reviewed and sent by someone on your team.
Your data, your practice
Agentic features work only on your own practice’s data, with the permissions of the person using them.
Labelled until it ships
Nothing on this site describes an agentic feature as working before it does. This page is where they live until then.
