Who counts as a seat?
Each person on your team: owners, admins, designers or consultants, and bookkeepers. Clients and the people they invite to the portal are never seats, however many there are.
Are the agentic features included?
They aren’t available yet; they are on the roadmap, each labelled there. How they are priced will be decided before they ship, with early-access practices.
How do my clients pay me?
Through your own Stripe account, which you connect once. Card and bank payments go straight to you and appear on your own Stripe statements. Stripe’s processing fees apply as they would to any Stripe account.
What happens after the trial?
You have 14 days with everything in Atelier. Choose a plan before it ends to keep working; nothing you entered is removed if you don’t.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes. Export clients, projects, documents and files at any time, on any plan, including after you cancel.
Do you offer yearly billing?
Yes. Paying yearly costs ten months’ worth instead of twelve.
