Dovelumen is now open for early access. We are starting with a small number of practices, and interior design studios come first. If you run a practice and want a client portal in your own brand, you can join from the contact page, and we will set up your practice with you.
This is the first entry in our changelog, and the first post on this blog. Here is what early access means, plainly.
What Dovelumen is
Dovelumen is a client portal in your own brand, and the back office behind it: proposals, approvals, agreements, invoices, orders, weekly updates and client insights. Your logo, colours, heading type and voice carry through every screen, document and email your client sees.
Interior design is the flagship and goes deepest, with selections, procurement and the room-by-room brief. Architects, builders, home-service shops, agencies, consultants and other practices use the same portal, approvals, agreements and billing, in their own words.
Why a small number first
Opening to a few practices at a time lets us set each one up properly rather than hand over an empty account. When you join, we work through the setup with you and help bring your first clients across. Interior design studios come first because that is where the product goes deepest today.
What it costs during early access
Nothing is charged during early access. The prices on the pricing page are drafts until they are settled. Your clients, and the people they invite, never pay to use the portal and never count as seats.
What is not here yet
You will see the word "agentic" on our site. It refers to features that draft and suggest for you: weekly update drafts, intake summaries, follow-ups. None of them works today. They live on the roadmap, each labelled "Coming", and anything a client would see from them will be reviewed and sent by a person in your practice.
We would rather say that clearly now than have you find out in the middle of a project.

Each change that ships from here goes into the changelog first, and the larger ones will get a post here as well, describing what changed and who it is for.
